This is Liam being excited about his first Christmas. Posted by Picasa

balmy December greetings

We've been giving Liam cheerio type treats and I wanted to share these photos of his cheerio eating process. First he'll stare at them in my hand and pick one up, then he looks back at me and waits for me to put one in my mouth and make it crunch, then he puts his in his mouth and keeps his fingers on it so he can use his two teeth to make it crunch. He rounds it all out with a lot of drool and a little gagging - he's not quite used to swallowing them yet.

Liam and I went for a nice long walk around the new neighborhood today. For those of you that aren't in AR it was nearly 70 degrees! The rest of the week is supposed to be in the high 60's and we plan on taking advantage of it. I had to laugh as we walked around the block with no coats or hats and mittens and looked at the yards with blow up snowmen. I'm so thankful that we go to Minnesota at Christmas time, I think it's only fair that Liam get to build real snowmen. I'd feel like we were tricking him if blow up snowmen were all he knew.

Also . . . 10 days until Minnesota!

20 days until Minnesota!!!

smiles from days passed . . .

finally some shots of the teeth!

Don't be fooled these smiling pictures were not taken today - Arkansas lost so I wanted to clarify that he is not smiling right now. He did want me to tell Uncle Mike and Aunt Laine that the Gators played a good game but that he is not smiling about it in these photos.

chunky monkey

Here are some photos Uncle Taylor took over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Ours was a busy one! We had Grammy, PaPa, and Uncle Taylor in for the first half of the week before they went to Aunt Kate's for Thanksgiving. We spent Thanksgiving day with Paw Paw and MeMaw in Cabot.

We also managed to close on the new house and get the majority of our things moved during the week. Of course we would have never been able to do all that we did without the help of our family. Thank you a million times for all your help. We love you!
